PrayerRequestRoute (the "Service") helps churches collect, route, and follow up on prayer requests. Because prayer requests are often deeply personal, this policy takes that seriously.
From you (the church): your name, email, church name, and routing rules. From the people submitting prayer requests: their name, contact info, request details, and any flags marking the request as confidential.
Prayer requests marked confidential are visible only to the pastors you explicitly designate. Even our staff cannot view confidential request content for support purposes without your written consent.
We use this data only to route requests to the right people in your church, deliver follow-up reminders, and support your account. We never sell, rent, or share any prayer request data with anyone outside your designated routing team.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Confidential requests carry an extra audit log showing exactly who accessed them and when.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from emails at any time. We delete all request data within 30 days of subscription end.
